Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Large Furniture Items: 7–21 business days

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Rates

We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all eligible orders within the United States unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the damaged item and packaging.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. VARELLO LIVING is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
